Headache Science

What is Migraine?

Migraine is an incredibly complex neurological disease that can be difficult to understand.  While I have tried to educate myself by reading articles and studies over the years to better grasp what is going on inside my body; I still struggle to understand all that is truly going on.

Watch the following videos for a deeper look into what migraine disease is and what can trigger headaches.  I hope these videos will help give you a better understanding as to what may be happening inside your body.  Perhaps they will aide you in explaining your health to a family member or friend as well.
