Difficult doesn’t begin to describe what it’s like to live with chronic pain. I have been on a mission, searching for answers in the hopes of easing my own discomfort.
Knowing what type of resource works best for you, I believe is key to truly understanding what is going on within. Sometimes I learn better by reading. Other times I do better by listening to a short video or hearing others speak about their experiences. That is why I have cultivated a comprehensive list of multiple types of resources. No matter how you learn I am sure you will find something beneficial to your needs.
